So do u think that Obie will top Cheers? In sales and in lyrics/beats?

In my opinion its all about promotion! Obie is really talented. He just needs to get promoted much better! I hope some people will care about that and then Im sure he will definitly top cheers sales!
Lyrically, I think, the next album will be better, cause Im sure he worked on hisself and improved.

lyrically it will be better...production wise it depends on how many red spyda beats he got...cuz red spyda is an insane producer...sales wise wont do too well unless he got a good single...which i dont think it will because its shady records...

im sure it'll be a sick album either way tho..cuz its obie

I think the new album will do better. Obie is getting more recognition now, than he did when Cheers was released. Most people I know, didn't really rate Obie until I kept on playing Cheers, over & over. They finally took it in, and went out to buy it. I know I won't have to do that, this time around. They know how hot he is now!

I think it will top cheers because on cheers he said he had alot of help from eminem and every one but on this album he said it will be more him doing it his way not every one else saying what he should do

i hope this album gets hype, but not as much as say d12world and encore. The only reason i say this is because if its overhyped, then all kinds of hate will fall upon obie, which i dont wanna see. Imo, it will top cheers

U saying the singles shady release are crap and dont help the album sales/promotion?? R u insane? U realise Eminem probably gained about a million new fans (mostly girls and younger kids) when he released Real Slim Shady Without Me and Just Lose It. Same With Obie's first single. Shady have also released My Band, Lose Yourself, Cleanin Out My Closet, Superman, Don't Come Down - Just a few of all the singles which were excellent (FOR SINLGES) and def good for Radio. Shady are not crap at single releases.

if the production is as good, maybe even better, and he had less guest appearances, it wud top it. He shud do one track feat natedogg, one feat 50 cent, and one feat eminem, make those all his singles, hed blow for sure imo

It's definitely going to be a challenge for Obie. I guess we'll just have to wait and see what happens, I'm really looking foward to his album.
