Dean's the head of the DNC, and he's already said he wouldn't run(thank God).

Gore and Kerry are done against any republican candidate, that is if they run again. And I'm 90% sure Hillary won't run.

Edwards? Is that supposed to be a joke?

The democrats do not have a chance in 2008 unless something big goes wrong with this current administration. Personally, they have no good leaders.

I think hillary could be a good president, perhaps. She's moderate. I don't see a female being elected yet though. That's unfortunate. At any rate, Condoleeza Rice should be the first female president.. she is a great public speaker and servant.

The democrats are attempting to become more moderate (sort of) and that is good. Dean is allowing 'pro-life' democrats to hold positions and run for offices now which shows that they are attempting to represent the people of this country more now. They need good leaders and not ones who scream at rallies (dean) or flip-flop (kerry). The fact that Bush does what he says is important to me.

I still kinda think if john edwards would've ran instead of john kerry that the democrats could've won this year

^ His lack of experience under 9/11 circumstances would have doomed him to fail. He would have been attacked at every angle from republicans and moderate democrats out of office. He was lucky to get the VP so early in his career. IMO of course.

Yeah, I wasn't thinking much about the ways he could've been attacked. I was mostly thinking that John Kerry really looked like a boring character and that was half the reason I really could't stand him. Edwards seemed much younger and full of life and I just get the impression he would've been liked better just because of that.

Mcain > obama however; if he's running democrats don't stand a chance.

voting for 1 republican candidate doesn't make you a republican.

I thought Edwards actually did the opposite of what he was labeled to have done, he was totally lame... He may of smiled a lot but he wasn't charismatic.

I thought Dean was the best canidate last year. And I think the republican media thought so too. They knew if they made a big deal about his voice cracking in a show of enthusiasm we'd get stuck with that lame fucker, Kerry. If Kerry represents the Democrats again we're screwed.

Why is Gore an option? He didn't run this time, though I wish he did. Why would he run now?
