I think they just took pictures from all over the world at nighttime, and put them together.

So it's more like a 'real/fake' pic..

no i meant...if u take a picture at night of the world, it wont look like that...u dont see the lights like that...i highly doubt it

I have absolutely now idea, i've never been up that high..
But Boston looks nice at night from a plane. That i can confirm i have seen.

I really dunno how they did it, but i luv it..

Yeah...I figured they put the pics together. i thought they were saying the whole pic was fake.
Its crazy when you look at pics like that and really think about it. We are all just little ants scurring about in our hectic lives on this huge marble in an infinitely vast universe cultivating the land and spreadin' around the earth like loctus..(sp) running around with all these crazy notions...
