Okay I been like best friends with this girl since like the beginning of JR High and we're still great friends but recently I been wantin to get with her BAD.. So my question is... Do you ladies ever think of your male best friends in a different view ( like being with them )... and if u do... wat would be the best way to change the best friends relationship and step it up but also not lose the closeness that you've always had with eachother...

I lhad a scenario like that last year. I've known this girl since like 3rd grade or some shit like that. She's one of my closest friends, and we went out for almost a year. It turned out bein ok when we broke up and we're still friends today. So the situation can turn out good.

Im having kind of the same problem.

I have this really great guy friend who I have always liked a lot but couldn't act on until just recently (we worked together up until 2 weeks ago). So I tried to talk to him about it one night on the phone and he didn't believe that I was serious!!

I guess over our year and a half working together he had seen me fuck with the minds of too many guys, so now he didn't even believe that I was 100% serious about wanting to be with him. He kept being like "shut up Allyson, I know you're just fucking with me."

So I have no idea how to switch from friend to girlfriend. When you figure it out, let me know!

In my opinion once you cross the boundries of friendship and move into an sexual relationship it changes the whole scope of your relationship. The closeness you felt on being able to completely tell that person anything changes because any complaining or confiding about your bf/gf is about that person. So before making that leap make sure that it is just more than lust you are looking for.
