I just went out and picked some today next to a lake.

It basically gives you a relaxed feeling. Definitely not as strong as MJ.

I looked over the wiki article and it doesn't say anything about smoking that shit. Have you tried smoking it?

I've smoked a bunch of this stuff. My friends roll it up in joints and smoke it like cigarettes.

Making tea is great also. Google Yarrow Tea, it's actually a very well-known medicinal thing. It is a mild pain reliever for problems with your body.

It has been smoked and drank in tea by American Indians for a long time, to my knowledge.
