Maybe If I grayscale it and move the "rest in peace more to the center

your balance of composition is off. it lacks orginality (make it more unique man, not just a few pictures on a blue background) work on the fontface you use.. people are so tough on this but really its not hard.. just dont get carried away with cliche fonts (times, old english, etc) keep your head up though and practice
