  • Any tips on gaining weight?

    I need to gain weight and want to do it by staying healthy, not by just keep eating junk foods and such.
    Now what you know about a sweet MC, from the 313
    None of these skills you bout to see come free.

    when u want to gain muscle, eat alotta protein, exercise with heavy weights, and get some rest (when u sleep, thats when muscle is built)

    those are the basics....also, dont train the same bodyparts everyday. give em time to rest after a workout. as for how long the muscle needs to rest, it all depends on the person. some people need 2-3 days, while others need a whole week. i usually take about 4 days of rest after training an area of the body (u can train other areas during this time tho)

    EDIT: also, be patient. results will come but not after one workout. u should tho, feel good after one workout because u know that youve dedicated yourself and ur hard work is gonna pay off someday 3;-)3

      i personally took juice.. but if you take protein make sure to get 2 gs per every lb. you weigh

      and as far as lifting goes i like to get the best out of each of my workouts so i do each body part once a week in an order so that they dont affect anything else and retear the muscle thus making it harder to build

      for example, maybe do your chest on sunday back on monday triceps on tuesday biceps on wednesday shoulders on thursday and legs on friday then take saturday off or something like that

      what i also found to work good is maybe on a back day hit a curling workout since you are already using your biceps in mostly every exercise or a tricep workout on a chest or shoulder day.. nothing too crazy, just something lightweight

        i actually go to the gym 3x a week and do 2 body parts a day...and i also drink EAS Mass Factor and multi-vitamins..this has help me alot..i probably have gain about 15 lbs in 3 months or somethin..its very important to keep the routine...
