    How do i work out my forearms?

    after a while will veins stick out cuz i think its kool when i see ppl with them

    forearm curls with a barbell, thas what i do
    reverse curls with a barbell which is slightly harder.

    or arms behind ur back with palms facing behind u and do barbell curls that way.

    theres quite a few mate, but iv found forearm curls effective with a barbell resting on my knees. u can also rest ur arms on a bench and do it.

      veins pop out because of dehydration mostly.

      when you exercise your biceps you exercise your forearms too.

        although bicep curls are useless, if you get up to enough weight, doing them will work your forearm flexors.

          they come normally when u weightlift like u dont have to worry about getting them or not as long as u weight lift most likely u'll see em
