  • How to build you forearm

    ive been doing hella hard exercises with 10 lbs, i used them alllll summer, but all it resulted in was me going from 12 pulls up, to 20, and i can do 10-20 more push ups than before, i wanted to build forearm muscle.. i tried arm wrestling my friends and like everyone can beat me.. help anyone?

    i wanna build my forearms too and i found out how

    take a bench pressing weight bar thing, grab it behind ur back like ur being hand cuffed and lift it slowly

        if you do any work with a bar you build your fore arems aswell

        but if you wnat something to target your forearms specifically then sit down, rest your elbow somewhere along your thigh and hold a dumbell so your palm is facing upwards. now roll your wrist back towards you, this should be quite hard.

            pulls are the best take a weight and with your arms close to your body rotate the weight down everytime you do it if you do it right your forearms should flex and pop.
            Take each day one step at a time.

                I need to start working out again, I use to be able to fill an XL shirt, now they look baggy on me. See I picked up smokin crack and all sorts of body destroying drugs. Now that the damage is done and I lost alot of mass and weight. I need a good starting workout routine. Can someone hook me up with a private msg? Id much appreciate it.

                          for forearms-- theres a few things you can do. one's mentioned above. take a curling bar, or a lifting bar. put weights on it, and pick it up behind your back, hold it right below your ass, with your hands right on your side, with your palms facing behind you. get a good grip on the bar, and roll your hands. so you're like raising your palms.

                          another one is to take the weight, and sit on a weight bench, and put the bar with the weight in your hands. have from about your wrists to your fingers hanging off the edge of the bench. palms facing the ceiling. let the bar rest in your fingers. close your fingers, and bend your hands at the wrists, bringing the bar up toward your body. let your hands hang back down over the edge of the bench, and the weight return to the middle of your fingers... repeat...

                          i've seen something else, it's like a bar, with a rope tied to the middle, and hanging from the rope you can put a weight on it. you hold your arms out straight, and unravel the rope so their is nothing wrapped around the bar. you then roll the weight up, twisting the bar with one hand at a time. this ones kind of hard to explain... but if you had the equipment, it's pretty simple.
