    im in Grade 12.. (17 years old) and this is the 2nd time im taking gym class.. first time back in grade 9 when it was mandatory. anyways most of the students are already experienced and shit. The problem i have is i start working out using the machines and shit then i when i get down to do pushups i cant even do one.. it feels like my hands are dead, While my friend whos been doing the same routine as me gets down and does 150 pushups ... is this normal or is it because of a first time thing? (we're both the same height 5'9 , 145 pounds)

    if you get that tired after doing the machines maybe your doing to much for a beginner?
