  • what exactly does arm curling improve?

    im sorry if this has been asked before but i was just wondering because i dont really know what it improves and i would like to know lol thanks, rep will be given.

          Yeh i do them every day im up to about 60 pound's now.
          but i use a long bar and qual each side to about 30 pounds
          so its
          30 x 2 = 60 pounds
          plus the bar ways like 10 pounds
          so its

          70 pounds

            Primary Target Muscle is the biceps. The synergist muscles (muscle that assists another muscle to accomplish a movement) are the Brachialis and Brachioradialis . Your wrist flexors and anterior deltoids also help in stabilization.

            Make sure you don't swing the weights unless you attempt to do Arnold's cheat curls:

                    Arm curling is very effective... hard work though! You can see the biceps really working... they go super round (mmmm can't beat a buy with biceps!)...

                        if u want the full effect do it wit proper form or u wont get much out of it

                        bring your arms to 180 degrees at the starting point and bring it far up as u possibly can

                          No man, its a staple isolation exercise in any bodybuilders arsenal. You should still focus on compound movements, but sculpting the biceps with this exercise is something everyone should do.
