  • How to be fit when you sick?

My neurologist thinks i have syncopies and i also have endometriosis and asthma and gallstones so this pretty much affects my breathing and the syncopies makes it so i pass out sometimes if i do exercise or seizure or black out if i stand upp and walk for a long time and the stomich problems i am getting 3 suregeries over the next few months to help those but i cant work out anything to do with my stomich cuz im in pain all the time, but i really miss exercising and being fit, im not fat or over weight at all, but i would like to be toned like i used to be for my bf so does anyone know any exercises i can do at home that require minimal amounts of strain to the stomich area?
i figure noone will but it wont hurt to ask right?

Your best bet would be consulting your doctor, perhaps your Internal medicine physician. With such a medical history it'll likely be the safest.

He/she can recommend a therapist, nutritionist, etc.

    Good Luck.

Sensible advice... it's important to work alongside your doctors, rather than doing something that could potentially be very detrimental to your overall well being.

If you explain your predicament to your clinician, i am sure they can advice you accordingly..

Yes, both lil_els and amarett are right when they say you should first consult a doctor with such bad conditions. I'm assuming you are a girl (since you have a bf) so I would recommend a light walk or jog along with a training partner who could be there with you in case you start to get dizzy again.

Even if you have asthma you can still improve your lungs and your breathing. Yeah I'd probably do a walk/jog like ondadownlow said, that will make your lungs stronger and your breathing better. Ask your doctor.
