  • I want to go on a diet but...

    i dont think i could keep up with it...

    i've tried before but, i always just give up on it due to the fact it doesnt fill me up.

    any suggestions?

    Eat healthy man. Going on a diet DOES NOT mean that you have to starve yourself. If you go on a crash diet then yes you may lose some weight upfront, but as soon as you start eating your normal food again you'll put that shit back on.

    Eat healthy stuff and eat lot's of it so that you're stuffed. Yeah, I know you would rather stuff youself with some burgers than some salad, but you gotta make sacrifices if you wanna lose weight. If you take out time to do some gyming then that's perfect. That's the best way to lose weight rather than crash diet's.

              If you want something bad enough, you can achieve it. It is much better to reduce your caloreis by 500 than go on a crash diet because:

              1) you will feel less hunger than if you drastically cut your consumption
              2) you will not lose muscle mass. When those women talk about losing weight they simply want the number on the scale to go down, you probably want to reduce bodyfat while keeping lean muscle mass.

              As for motivation there isn't really anything once can say to make you believe in yourself. Visualize your ending result and you can try little tricks like using carb cycling and motivational techniques found on http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/bbin...age=Dedication
