    'Total Fitness: in just 12 minutes a day' is a DVD my buddy got with Men'sHealth magazine. I just started with it today.

    Based on a '60s military training programme, this updated version of the Canadian Air Force's "5BZ" plan will get your body working to the max. This DVD provides you with one complete working compromising five excercises for strength, power and stamina. You will also find a metronome to set the pace. The pace increases as you progress through each level, building the intensity of the workout.

    In addition to this, I've also begun doing 2 miles a day on my rowing machine. Instead of drinking the fizzy drinks I'm going with water, and eating fruit instead of chocolate. Come to think of it, I'm sure there are some nuts lying around here somewhere.

    Any opinions/advice/tips?

    wow, 3200m is a LOT. For me anyways.. I'd rather run or cycle, but whatever works best for you

    what kind of results do you want from your exercise? weight loss/fat burn, general fitness??

      General fitness, muscle gain and weight loss in the stomach area.

      I go running too, just not as often. I'll run to the bball court nearest me which is probably around 1.5 miles away, chill at my friends house for 5/10 minutes then we'll go play for a couple hours. 15 minutes or so after we're done I'll run back to my house.

            3200m isn't that much... you can do it in under 10 mins MAX.

              ^Yup. When I first started it took me around 11 mins, but after a few days its down to just over 6 mins.

              I'm not all that clued up on the health and fitness jargon, but I heard its the best overrall workout you can do.

              My sisters boyfriend is a bodybuilder, and he is coming to stay with us for a few days from tomorrow, so I'm hoping to pick up a few tips from him. For any English guys in here, he trains with "The Warrior" from the English version of "Gladiators"
