  • what is the best workout routine??

    ive been doin full body liftin for like 3-4 years and im thinkin bout doing legs one day, arms and chest the next, and whatever is next. i hear people at the gym tellin me its better to do that but idk.

    advice would be appreciated.

    I don't know what's the best routine to do different muscle groups, but they say that you should regurarly change the order to maintain muscle development and so that your body doesn't get used to the same old routine. After all, your muscles will develop better with workout they haven't been put into before, thats why u gotta "surprise" them..

      full body on lifting dadys. hit every muscle when u lift. light cardio on off days to keep some extra fat off

        i think it is best to never work out the same parts of your body
        every day. when i used to be a member in the gym i kinda came
        to a interesting routine of things i do each time but i go on the
        running bikes before each workout session and sometimes after.

          I recommend a 4 day split, focusing on compound lifts. This is the 'standard' that people follow where you use realted muscles on the same day (pecs and triceps go under same motion as do biceps and back).

          day 1: Biceps and Back.

          Day 2: Chest and triceps

          Day 3: Legs

          Day 4: Shoulders, Abs and traps.

          Also change up the order of the days and lifting practises when you plateau.
