    What do u guys suggest besides the good old fashioned sit ups ?

    depends how often you can work out to get a nice stomach you need to do at least two of these work outs a day

      Weighted situps are all I do. Its all about the diet for abs, not how many reps of different exercises you do.

              I do 100 or 120 incline sit-ups every time im down the gym (4 times a week). in sets of 20-40 reps. I only started sit-ups after leaving it out my regime for about 2 years because I was told using free-weights worked the abs enough.... but really they dont. so when i started doing them 2 weeks ago it was sore. I could only do like 70 or 80 in sets of 10-20 reps. so when my abs improve in the next 2 weeks or so im gonna step it up and do inclined weighted sit-ups (sitting a 35lb dumbell on my chest as i do it). that my aim anyway

                        i do 600 sit ups a day, trying to work my way up, just takes dedication more than anything. mike tyson use to do 5000 a day when training, i think if you do a 1000 a day, you will see results pretty quickly

                          ^Its irrelevant the number you do raelly if you want a good looking stomach, you are simply building up endurance. reduce bodyfat. Most professional bodybuilders do 30 situps (10x3) with a weight on their chest.

                            downlo is right once again, it doesnt matter how many u do. you have to have a super low body fat percentage which means your diet is a fuck load more important than doing 1000 situps. your just wasting your time doing anymore than 30-50 a day imo.

                            best advice is only work abs 3 maybe 4 times a week cause like any other muscles they need time to repair
