this kid i went to high school with he was about 3 inches shorter than me and super duper skinny...1 year later(which is today)i found his picture on myspace,muscle wise hes huge now..about 4 inches taller than me too

inmates dont eat alot so i dont understand how he got so freakin big

Illegal steroids and constant working out I'm guessing. How the prisoners get these steroids is beyond me but I remember reading an article in the newspaper about one of Irelands biggest druglords (John Gilligan, some of you may of heard of him) and how he's been working out every day and taking illegal steroids ...they printed a picture of him also and he was fuckin' ripped. I remember seeing pictures in the newspaper of him before going to jail and he wasn't half that size.

I play ball with a prison warden and in the UK, it works like this..

You're on good behaviour, you work out, you get "credits" to spend in the shop. You buy protein / weight gain. You have nothing to do all day except lift weights.

Shit.. u can go to jail and get a damn degree.

actually, prison food is loaded with alot of fat and cholesterol..and thats what makes them big wise, and im guessing they build that up in the prison gym.

That's definitely true, but they also know the risk of going back, which could be for the rest of their life for certain 2nd time offenders depending on the crime.

You're in prison, you can get Protein powders / supplements from the tuck shop.

You sit in the gym all day and work out. Over a period of whatever months, you add muscle.

How is this so unbelievable?! Please tell me.
