    There's not a single answer really

    its a combination of diet, exercise AND lifting weights.

    Like I have said before, I REALLY recommend this site - it specifically targets losing body fat.

        if you want to get rid of your fat deposits, use this as some theory. Fat is a storage for energy that you did not use from the food you ate.

        when you work out (for example jogging), the first 20 minutes uses up more immidiate forms of energy. After 20 minutes or so you start metabolising your energy reserves (fat)...

        you should have your heart rate at about 60-70% of its maximum for over 20 minutes.

        these numbers are using specific heart rates...

        when you are exersising, you have to know your heart rates
        Resting heart rate, maximum heart rate...

        to test your resting heart rate, as soon as you wake up (and remember), find your pulse and count for 3 minutes... then divide by 3 and you should get your beats per min. The lower this number is, the healthier your heart.

        to test your maximum heart rate, do some sprints and really get tired... then do the pulse counting thing for 2 minutes and then divide by 2. Also the lower this number is the more healthy you are

        you should be noticing your heart rate dropping the more heltheir you get because your heart does not need to beat as much to pump a certain amount of blood since it is growing bigger and stronger.

                Do about 4 workout sessions maximum a week including some form of anaroebic exercise like running, swimming or cycling for about 40-60 minutes and highish intensity. Then find some exercises on the internet which target every different part of your body (legs, abs, arms, neck etc) and make a 30 minute workout plan. Shift your exercises around every week so your body doesnt get used to "routine" exercise.

                And eat WELL! loads of protein and throw away the fat. Eat stuff like nuts, oats etc Find articles on the internet about that sorta stuff. Get some whey protein aswell, its pretty cheap and its just pure protein that you can make with a milkshake.
                Hunger for the drama, hunger for the nurture. Gonna take it further, the hurt feels like murder.

                    Do a good workout before breakfast. Your body has probably used all carbs through sleep so you go straight into fat burning.

                            It's not a smart assed comment. It's a fact. In order for you to lose weight you need to expend more calories than you consume.

                            As far as I can see, previous comments within this thread were directed at workouts and dealt on a minimal level with types of food to eat. Calorie intake was not mentioned.

                            I therefore am unable to see how my comment was 'smart assed'.
