Since Jan 11, i've been tracking my food intake by blogging just about everything that i eat. I may have said it in either the post your workout thread or another thread, but just incase you guys didnt know...my goal is to gain weight. My ideal weight is around 205 lbs. The last time I weighed in was when i was actively working out...which was around October-ish and i was about 180 lbs.
By blogging, im not tracking calories or protein or carbs or any of the important stuff (which i probably will do to some degree once i start working out again). The key is to able to ensure that i'm getting atleast 3+ meals a day even when im not "hungry" and to have the ability to assess the food choices i make.
