Anyone on here lost weight on Wii Fit?

? If so, what have you found to be the most effective exercises offered on it? I just find the Wii Fit Ultimate Acessory Bundle, it goes only $24 buvks and $50 before. Any Wii Fit advice appreciated! Thanks

nah after a while working out gets boring, if you got little games or whatever to help you work out then so be it, motivation is motivation
