  • Most Emotional Scene From A Movie?

What do you find to be one of the most emotional or powerful scenes that you've ever seen in a movie or that just get to you on a personal level??

Basketball Diaries - When Leo is banging against the door, crying to his mother for help.

Se7en - The ending, with the conversation in the car, up until the finale of it all.

Edward Scissorhands - When Edward is on the run, hiding in the house, and the girl says to hold her, and he begins having flashbacks...

"O" = When Odin ends up murdering his girlfriend, along with himself, and Josh Hartnett talks as he's being driven away.

I'll probably come back later and add to it.
Now let the night be dark for all of me.
Let the night be too dark for me to see
Into the future. Let what will be, be.'

I don't wanna be a "Sin City" groupie but I got really cracked up (in a sad manner)

**Spoiler if you haven't seen it, don't read this**

    Highlight to read.

Sin City - At the very end when Hartigan tells Nancy that she needs to go and such, then he thinks about what will happen and how Senator Rourke will get to him through Nancy. He puts the gun to his head as the screen turns into a black and white sort of display and Hartigan kills himself. Then he says something along the lines of "An old man dies. A young girl lives. A fair trade." He said the same thing at the beginning of the movie when he saved Nancy from a rapist.
I'm pre-disastrous, I fuck shit up before it happens
Like blown engines of Airplanes with snorin' captains

Lot of good emotional scenes. Don't have one in particular, but voice overs during silent scenes at the end of the movie really work well. Example: American Beauty, Sideways, Million Dollar Baby
