I watch repeats every once in a while in the middle of the night. I like the show... I've seen some very cool episodes...but I have seen just as many boring ones too. I wish I could start watching the show from season one. I love aliens.

When it aired it watched a few seasons and it was awesome, but I never got around to finishing it.

Now I found somebody at my dorm who owns the entire series boxset and I've just started rewatching with the first few episodes. Tooms is already in there after only a few episodes (I only remembered his last episode though) and the ICE-episode was a great and exciting hommage to John Carpenter's The Thing. Gonna watch the rest as fast as i can to get to the season's I haven't seen yet.

Should I watch Chris Carter's Millenium also? It's on sale over here and X-files once did a crossover I think.

Just doing a rewatch starting at Season 4. (skipped through the first 3 and decided not to watch them again because I somehow can remember anything pretty clearly - might have started a rewatch once, lol)

Awesome show! DD is a great actor. X-files & californication.

Bad Blood is a great episode, Jose Chung's from Outer Space is exellent too, I only recenly watched that episode, some of the storys are fucking awesome.

this is definitly in my top 5 shows. my favorite episodes are the comedy type episodes. Humbug, war of the coprophages, jose chung, small potatoes, The Post-Modern Prometheus, bad blood, x-cops. theres a lot more to. those episodes have me cracking up

Can you tell me if the show actually does have a storyline or if its just like Law & Order like it doesnt really have one

It has the "Mythology" episodes where you'll see the story of "the black liquid", aliens & the smoking man, then you get the oddball episodes which revolve around other strange, weird and wonderful things.

The episode where the guy could stretch himself and fit into these tiny fucked up spots and kill everyone was scary as fuck for me when I was little lol.

I fucking love this show though. I have a sweet poster of it in my room.

Eugene Victor Tooms was the guy who could do that in the episode called "Tooms" but theres also another episode or two (I forget...) where he shows up in the earlier episodes.

Classic show. I've owned all the DVDs for a few years now. I need to revisit them soon...

Deffinately, it's pretty much the only show I will allow into my collection on DVD now since I'm strictly blu-ray, it would be awesome if they took the time to fix the aspect ratio's on the first 3 seasons and then re-released them all on Blu-Ray, that would pwn.

I'm waiting on getting the full set in one of those huge box sets.
