I couldn't say i'm new to rappin, been doin it for a long time, i write rhymes n shit but i hearda ll this talk about song structure, i'm assuming that this shit is not jsut verse, chorus, so on .... is there any rules for this writin shit ?? i mean i need a little help with a couple of more thangs.... what are: hook's, bridge's and bar's

Best thing to do is to download lyrics of good artists and see the style in which they write their lines (bars). How and where they insert hooks. I wouldn't be too concerned about bridges as they usually are something like a set up for the chorus which is repeated, but not everytim thus it can't be part of the hook/chorus. So if you are a basic song writer just try to get the lyrics down.
