There's something I've gotta say
I've gotta get it out
I'm sure everyone knows
But still, I have my doubts

Ice has formed
Thick over my heart
I'm not sure what my feelings are
But yet, they tear me apart

My body's a battle ground
My battle rages within
It was caused by everything endured;
It is a constant reminder of what I had been

What once was, will never be
I have closed my heart and opened my eyes;
Now I have a hate for love
Now, I can finally see
