This is a poem i wrote a while back. it's not one of my greatest pieces or favorites but i feel its decent. it's entitled "life"

The end is near, the end will come
No time for play no time for fun
Take every offer life has
The time will fly fast
Life will surely pass you by
And if you’re not careful you will die
You will be sent directly to your grave
You won’t be able to postpone this date
The end may be near, the end may soon come
So make time for play and make time for fun
