If the World Knew

I take it that no one liked my last poem I listed, but oh well. I like this poem because it describes me indirectly. And before any one says anything, NO I DONT NEED PSYCHIATRIC HELP. Thank You. Please leave any replies other tham those stating that I should get help.

If the world knew what goes on inside my head
If the world knew how I’ve really been
If the world knew how I really felt
If the world knew how often I need help
If the world knew the answers that I have sought
If the world knew the reasons I never talk
If the world knew how many friends I have made
If the world knew how many of those people I actually hate
But if they saw what lies underneath this mask
I don’t think that I would ever last

If that means you need psychiatric help.. I guess I should reconsider the idea and go back to therapy again... lol.

thanks. I only added the "psychiatric help" part because ppl read my writings and when they read that one they always think that i need help b/c its sad and depressing and stuff. but as the title says, if the world onlt knew...

I liked it. It's really short, and I'm more a fan of longer poems, but good work. Sorda describes how I feel... *sorda*.
