  • The Fastest Cars with a Turbo Engine for Sports

In the modern world, supercars are still produced with both turbocharged and atmospheric engines. Therefore, experts decided to present the TOP-8 of the fastest cars with a turbo engine.

The history of turbo engines began back in the 60s of the last century. But in those days they were still raw, and gave a dubious advantage. Nevertheless, the engineers managed to realize all the benefits of turbocharging.

In the first place was the Hennessey Venom F5 hypercar, introduced back in 2017. This model carzaamin.com/blog/suzuki-cultus-for-sale-in-lahore-pakistan/ is equipped with a 7.4-liter V8 biturbo engine, capable of developing up to 1,622 horsepower and 1,762 Nm of torque. Paired with him is a seven-speed robotic sports transmission. This allows it to accelerate to 300 km / h in just 9 seconds. The maximum speed is limited to 484 km / h.

In second place was the most famous hypercar Bugatti Chiron, which debuted in 2016. An 8.0-liter W16 turbo engine is installed under the hood, capable of developing up to 1,500 horsepower. Acceleration to "hundreds" takes 2.4 seconds. The maximum speed is 420 km / h. The three leaders closes the little-known 1992 Lotec Sirius model. A 6.4-liter turbo engine is installed under the hood, developing up to 1,220 “horses”. Acceleration to "hundreds" takes 3.8 seconds. The maximum speed is 402 km / h.

The fourth place went to the Saleen S7 Twin Turbo with a 7.0-liter engine for 750 horses. The maximum speed is 399 km / h. W Motors Fenyr was in fifth place with a top speed of 385 km / h. The sixth was the Porsche 9ff TR 1000 with a top speed of 391 km / h.

The seventh and eighth places were models Zenvo ST1 (375 km / h) and Pagani Huayra Roadster (370 km / h), respectively.

Audi Q7 received a hybrid version of 449 "horses"

A company from Ingolstadt has updated the lineup of its popular crossover, as well as expanded its line of rechargeable hybrids. Now on sale is the 450-horsepower Q7 PHEV, and 40 km of power reserve.

Audi has introduced its rival to the hybrid variants of the Volvo XC90 and BMW X5. Now the engine line of the Audi Q7 crossover has replenished with the TFSI e Quattro variant with two power levels. Options for 449 and 376 horsepower are available for purchase via auction. In both cases, only an “eight-speed automatic” and proprietary all-wheel drive system are offered.

As the main power unit, a 3.0-liter turbo engine is used, paired with a 126-horsepower electric motor. A 17.3 kW * hours battery is used as a power source, which provides up to 40 km of power reserve only on electricity. The maximum speed in the electric car mode is 135 km / h.

In design, there are practically no differences from the standard version. Outside, the hybrid can be recognized by the charging port hatch on the front left wing, as well as the inscription “TFDI e” on the stern. Additional indicators appeared in the cabin, and a version with three rows of seats disappeared. Now the battery does not allow you to place additional seats.

Whether the hybrid version of the Audi Q7 will arrive on the Russian market is still unknown. At the moment, it is known that the model will be offered in Europe, but the United States will not receive it.

A sports car is my dream. But in my opinion, such cars are subject to higher risk in insurance. I am not very happy about the current economic policy because car insurance quotes are constantly growing and that's annoying. Now it is very expensive to have an insurance and there are really few companies which provide reasonable quotes.

Before you go to see the car, check the price with the options and mileage. Use the KBB website and get prices for the condition of the car. Good, average, poor, etc.

Drive the car, check for oil leaks, body damage, rust, tire condition, wear and oil burning.Gorenje: You can take it to a repair center to check it out if you're sure you want it and are willing to pay $ 100 to diagnose it.

I've loved sports cars since I was a kid. In the United States, more than 40 million (!) used cars are sold annually. With such a huge market, there are an amazing number of deals available, if you are willing to spend some time and effort to find them. For the sake of interest, I looked at Bugatti for sale . I have friends who are engaged in the resale of such expensive cars
