    Favre Will Play In 2006

Brett Favre informed the Green Bay Packers on Tuesday that he will play the 2006 season, league and team sources have told ESPN's Chris Mortensen. Favre shared his decision with general manager Ted Thompson and head coach Mike McCarthy in a telephone conversation on Tuesday morning.

                NFC North

                1. Bears ( they have a really easy schedule)
                2. Vikings
                3. Packers
                4. Lions

That's how I think the standings will look at the end of the 2006-2007 NFL season.

And I'm glad Favre is coming back, so his former teammate Darren Sharper can pick him off.
Minnesota Vikings needs in the offseason

                - QB

                - Re-sign Sidney Rice

                - Defensive Backs

With Favre coming back does this mean Javon will be looking to be traded even more?

It's not going to be any better, the Packers have no O line and Favre will be running for his life. The Packers have too many holes to fill for the draft to fix, their 1st round pick will be a RB to fill Green's hole on their roster.

Haters in the house! How anyone can predict the Packers will have a better year than the Vikings is beyond be. Huge additions in free agency, 5 draft picks in the first 100 picks, 1 first round, 2 second round's, and 2 third round's.

Bears - Depending on the health of Grssman, I know he's fine now but???
                      Vikings - Alot of depth.
Packers - could be the Lions.

                      And besides...

Favre said that this is his last season.

Exactly, I don't know what the hell Mr Bigins is thinking.

The Packers aren't talking a running back with the 5th overall pick the 2006 NFL Draft.

Only way they would take a running back that early, is if Reggie Bush was still available, and we all know he won't be.

No running back is top 15 IMO (except Reggie... Maybe White before injury, but he wasnt top 10). They will target a defensive player. It is best for the future. No way will the rumors about picking Vernon Davis come true, Franks is enough. AJ Hawk or Mario Williams. If neither of them are there, that means that Ferguson will be, and they will probably take him if neither of those two defenders are there. Huff or Williams could also be a possibilty. But Hawk will be there.
