Im still playin through this, haven't had much time to actually play it as much as I'd like to
IN "God of War" you play as a Spartan named Kratos, you have a rough and violent past and hope to be forgiven by the Gods. The call on you to do them a serves and rid them of Aries, the God of War. You have been trained by the Gods and you have your mighty blades to assist you on your journey. There are various "mini-games" as they call them where u finish off some of your most powerful enemies that end in some very generous displays of Gore. When you see a ships Mast go in a Hydra's mouth and come out his eye, you can't help but cringe and say "Thats fuckin awsome." lol andway, thier are some puzzles throughout the game, but they are not very hard, in fact the only way to get lost in figuring them out is if your thinkin too hard. You obtain various skills like "Paisadans Rage, Medusas Gaze, or Rage of the Gods" directly from the Gods of Olympass to help you becom stronger and prepare your for you battleS with Aries which, as far as I know, takes place in Athens. If you like to hack and slash away at enemies, and I do mean eneMIES cuz sometimes you are literally surrounded and bombarded with enemies, and seing some of the various ways to kill, impale, or mame a person in graphic detail so to speak lol. God of war is a great Game. Graphically it looks just fabulous, just stunning to me, Gameplay is great, puzzles are minor, Bosses I can only describe as fun lol. Overall a Great game in my opinion, score out of 10
I'd say an 8, simply for lack of better puzzles.

Plays much differently, but the concept remains the same, kills a lot of enemies, the cut scenes are great and the puzzles are decent. 9 out of 10
