i've read alot of theories about where GTA4 is going to be set.

I'm pretty certain it will be Atlanta or Japan

Probably, I doubt they'd go too far in the past because of the weapons that would be available, and setting it too far in the future would just be gay

they won't do a GTA in london, thats for sure.

The Getaway for PS2 already did that, and they made London look perfect
