Bought a Wii today.

Got Zelda and extra controller (remote and nunchuck) for Wii Sports.


I'd already played one so it's not a new experience. It's still fucking ace though.

Hmmm...I just connected it to the net for the first time. It started an update, completed it - then the console restarted.

Now, it seems to be doing another update (It wen't straight to it after the console came back on, after it told me there was now a screen-burn reduction) - but it's either going super slow - or it's frozen.....

Well, I did by accessing the net through my wirless router.

We have wirless broadband set up in our house, it just scans for the singal using Wi-Fi (I presume it's Wi-Fi, I haven't checked), then connect. If you have a closed connection you'll need your WEP key though. It's a code on your netwrok so outside people can't leech off it.


Or simply, get a cable and plug directly from the Wii to your router.

I don't like Wii baseball that much personally, it's the worst of the 5 imo. Altho it gets better once you have a lot of Mii's coz they all play. It's the only sport I don't have Pro level in tho

tips are to always use the wrist strap or your controller WILL go flying... TRUST me, lol...

other than that.. only sports game i really like is bowling... thats the only one i'm pro in... tennis is tough, boxing gets old... and baseball... other than batting... who the hell likes baseball?
