Innocent until proven guilty, or guilty until proven innocent? Many people think of people being guilty because of the chargers brought onto them. Lets make an example.. Michael Jackson. If you ask people on the street if he was innocent or guilty, I bet you 95% of them would say guilty. Why? Because of the crimes he is accused of. Killers, same thing. As soon as they are charged, people automatically think that they are guilty because of the chargers. Very few people belive in the "Innocent until proven guilty" line, yet they belive "guilty until proven innocent". They may not think about it that way, but if they think of someone being guilty without seeing all of the evidence, or hearing a verdict, then that statement applies to them. Which stament applies to you? Also, leave your oppinions.

Guilty Until Proven Innocent is basically the mentality of the world today.....same with me, sometimes you make up your judgement as soon as you hear the charges - even though we shouldn't do it we do it.

Definitely Innocent Until Proven Guilty. I don't like Europe's system.
