Because I saw a story on AMW last Saturday on how teens who went to Mexico during Spring Break would end up missing, and I don't want any more people turning up missing during Spring Break because of people acting restless. Go ahead, party, have fun (that is the purpose of Spring Break), just stay with the people that you know, keep a cell phone handy, etc etc.
