I recently put a post up asking if anyone has picked up Eshams album Tongues well anyway there were a few responses saying Eminem grew up listening to Esham and Idolized him well thats whats has me posting this I recently did research on Esham he has been out since 1990 when he was 15 years old with any album called Boomin Words from Hell but as I was looking t another album at cdnow.com I noticed he had a song called Devils Night that came out in 1994 seven years before D12 so is it true Eminem was a fan of Esham also I was lkistining to Still dont give a fuck off Eminem album and he says that he was a cross between Manson, Esham, and Ozzy but anyway I was wondering who hasd Info on this subject I have listened to Tongues for the last 3 days and Esham does have skill and I enjoy his music but I am a D12 fan fo LIFe

I doubt that D12 stole the Devils Night title from Esham since it is a popular event in Detroit. But you bring up a good point from the Em song. From what I've gathered it didn't sound like D12 had beef w/ Esham untill he started talking shit. I would like to hear more about the whole situation.

Proof has beef with Esham cause whut I heard (don't know if it's true so I would like Proof to elaberate if he has time) the beef goes all the way back to highschool and a few years back.. They were getting along with each other at times. During 97-98, Proof used to open up for Esham wit this group called Ele5.. They was cool. But then Proof asked esham to go on stage at some Lil Kim concert in detroit. Esham was gettin more props and applause then him, So proof stabbed E in the back and got two Big dudes called the Goon Squad to beat him down..

I just learned about why Esham and Eminem are feuding after they talked about doing an album together Esham used the line from Eminem Still dont give a fuck song Im a cross betwwn Manson, Esham , and Ozzy verse on the cover of Esham album Bootleg from the Lost Vault for promotion without Eminem permission that what started it then Eminem retailiated back at Esham on Marshall Mathers lp when he says I anit Acid Rap but I rap On Acid and Esham rap is known as Acid Rap And then Esham fired back on Tongues on the song Brain Surgery Where Esham states "Slit your wrist like your dumb wife Kim and Skribble on the wall in blood I Love Esham" and this is how the beef got started In my opinion Eminem and Esham together would have been dope as Hell but I dont think that is going to happen Peace D12 fo Life
