Structural unemployment and getting fired are two seperate deals. Structural unemployment is like the incident in Flynt, Michigan when General Motors decided to move to Mexico to make a bigger profit, and left 3,000+ unemployed. Basically, structural unemployment is when you are fired not because of your actions, but because of the companies (Example: go out of business, relocate, etc.).

As far as getting unemployment for getting fired from a part time, it would be best to call the unemployment office, or sign up for unemployment so you can be considered unemployed. We all know that the unemployment rate we recieve is actually lower than it is right? Because to be considered unemployed you had to file for unemployment in the last four weeks.

Well then you should do research, or go to your local unemployment office. I would say it depends on where you live, and if your reason for quiting is good enough to recieve unemployment.

it depends on how emfatic you are to the officer your talking to, if you know how to tell storys and put things like you are in nead, you could get unemployment issued-

you can research as much as you want-but at the end of the day its what the officer or person on the table says that decides wether youll get any form of paper issued-they all say different things, some have mercy others dont, so it depends on how good you are in altering the coarse.
