Very interesting article. I have a son in the second grade, and now I spend a lot of time looking for different sites and programs, which may have been useful for him one day. And some time ago I came across one article - Why homework is so important and the information there is very useful. And after reading it, I started thinking about homework a little bit in a different way. I think that all parents should read it.

  • FunFit Kidz is our program for early child learning centres

Everyone agrees that fitness and exercise are important for kids because keeping in shape will offer so many health benefits throughout their lives. If a child learns healthy habits, becomes more active, and finds physical activities that they enjoy the more they will reduce blood sugar levels, strengthen both their heart and lungs, promote emotional well-being, increase energy levels and also improve cognitive skills. In the best circumstances, your child will naturally gravitate towards some activity.

Fit Kids is an energetic fundraiser that fuses fitness, education, and community. Students can have fun learning a lifetime of healthy habits while raising money with classmates. We supply everything for your group, allowing the kids to simply experience the joy of exercising and working towards a common goal. This one-of-a-kind program requires no product to sell, no cash to handle, and no reporting. They might like throwing a ball or kicking a ball. They might like to run or ride a bicycle. If that’s your child then you simply need to give them more and more opportunities to do the things they already love. If there is no natural outlet then you should look into classes, sports teams, or even finding the closest playgrounds. I don’t know of many adults who say I sure wish my parents didn’t let me play sports or get involved with some physical activity. It’s like playing music. Most adults are glad they played when they were kids and many carry those enjoyable activities into adulthood. School-age kids should have many chances to do a variety of activities, sports, and games that fit their personality, ability, age, and interests. Brainstorm with your kids on activities that feel right. Most kids won't mind a daily dose of fitness as long as it's fun.
