just so you now when you don't have much rep the little green squares bad repping doesn't do a thing it just shows up as a grey square.

click the little silver weight scale below the persons name

then youll see approve and disapprove hit disapprove for bad repping(I)

click on the scales under their avatar and click the nagative and give a reason
now tell me how to start a thread
