Calling the forum "LINKS" is advertising sites for copyright music, therefore you can get done, however if the name was changed, yet people still posted im sure it would be fine as the admins can claim that they are not requesting the links

no they can not get in trouble for a links forum

it does not say "post illegal" music, nor does the site have anything on it about the promotion of downloading copywritted music illegally. If people choose to post links to copywritted songs that is their problem, and those who do so would be the ones who would be punished. There is nothing illegal to posting a link to a song that you have the copywrights too
