I only really like Hilltop Hoods, Sway daSafo, Skinnyman, Roots Manuva & some Kano/Dizzee Rascal from outside the US. But I havn't really heard too much non-US rap.

I've never hard NZ hip-hop, and from Australia, I've only heard Hilltop Hoods, but I've heard some good artists from the UK.

I'll vote UK, but my 2nd choice would be Brazil

Haven't heard loads of artists from Australia, Hilltop Hoods being the main one. But I listen to more Australian Hip Hop than UK Hip Hop without a doubt.
