  • best diss track?

personally i think the recent ja rule vs em/50/dre/busta disses are kinda weak, and more disses are coming out and they are more wack everytime....

...so what diss tracks do u think were good? i thought the evidence track 'search 4 bobby fisher' was quite hard at Em, everyline had meaning and also em/d12 'girls' was kinda funny. nas' 'ether' has some quality lines as well...'i roc ho's u roc-a-fella'!!
    You'll read anything won't you?

Its not recent but Hit Em Up was so fuckin full of venom. You could hear the hatered. The outro was a classic
"Any of you *****s from New York that wanna bring it,bring it
    But we aint singin
    We bringin drama
Fuck you and yo mothafuckin mama!"
"A young youth, yo rockin the gold tooth, 'Lo goose
Only way, I begin to g off was drug loot
And let's start it like this son, rollin with this one
And that one, pullin out gats for fun"

Now that shit was classic. I dont think Hitem Up is over rated in anyway everyone knows pac didnt come with lyrics and punchlines, But what he did come with is pure hatred yeah it is a diss track but its more of a death threat, At that point in time tha beef had escilated so much that it was much more than fuck you your whak on wax it was on some street type shit just my opinion.

Eminem - Nail In The Coffin/The Sauce (He burns them both hard)

Canibus - 2nd Round KO (Pulles some mad punches)

Royce Da 5'9" - Malcom X (heaps intense and he spits fucking venom)

Jay-Z - Takeover (Most people disagree, but I reckon this song was was more effective than Ether; his one verse hurt Nas way more than Ether hurt him and Nas would be finished now if he hadn't bitten back so well)

...and Crooked I is right, "Hit'em Up" was more of a death threat to a beat than it was a diss with mad punchlines and stuff. Still cool though
