Today I was sitting in the tram and was listening to some new music on my iPod, I was listening to some Detroit's artists and suddenly there was a song from Proof on. It was a long time that I heard something from him and I just got goosebumps and realized again that he is gone

Almost a year now. And I don't even knew him personaly, still I got so sad. Never seeing him on stage or see a funny post/thread here, NEVER. It made me think again, life is so short and we are so busy with on-important things. He was so charming, enjoying life and did what he loved.

I dunno, I just wanted to share.

I feel ya. I was suprised how sad I was with Proofs death, not knowing him personally n all. But he comes off so lively, fun, original and upbeat through his music and in DVDs. And i think because of that he has touched so many people he didnt even know...Proof seemed like such a 1 of a kind, genuine type of dude.

It's strange that someone can touch your heart like that. I can't imagine what his family and friends still feel and always feel. And yes luckaly we have his legacy of his voice what keeps him on living

i never met Proof either, i never even got to see him perform, which sucks. i miss him too, even though i never knew him. it's weird, but like someone else said Proof touched a lot of people, and it's sad to say, but he didn't even know it. every time i play his music, watch an interview from him i get so sad, i get the chills as well. almost a year already, i can't beileve it. Big Proof Forever.

I miss him too its soo hard to listening to shade45 expecting a freestyle from proof and eminem but then you realize it wont happen. He'll never be forgotten to me everytime i hear a D12 song or an eminem song i'll be thinking of proof. That is sad how all that talent got lost like that. I'll forget when i saw him in concert coming out on stage with a scooter and had everybody running cuz they thought he would drive it into the crowd. Good times.

Despite being one of my favorite rappers, Proof wasn't such a great rapper at all,
it's that the spirit and charisma of his , you could sometimes feel it
through his songs, he was a very funny and charismatic dudey.
