Used to be good back in their early years, they're pretty average now though.

^So true. How the fuck can you possibly like their original albums and not like Define The Great Line? It was a masterpiece of its genre, a severely underrated work of brilliance undermined by the fact that screamed vocals are too inaccessible for the vast majority of music fans. It's a real shame that such an excellent work will be mostly ignored by non-UnderOath fans, but it would be a bigger shame if they didn't release it for those of us who can appreciate it. I'm greatly anticipating their next album to see if they continue to progress.

IMO I think their best album is The Changing Of Times with Cries From The Past coming in second. I think Define The Great Line is an OK album but lacks something the earlier albums had e.g. a good screamer. I've never gave their 4th album an in depth listen but what I heard didn't impress me much either. The Devil Wears Prada are the new kings of the Screamo / Metalcore world .

                            agreed

Define The Great Line was a masterpiece........it was perfect in so many ways.......it didn't change too much from They're Only Chasing Safety but it changed enough to show that the band was growing
